Bradlee Sheafe
President
Bradlee Sheafe is President of TechDev Holdings, LLC. TechDev Holdings is the sole member of FP Tech. Mr. Sheafe joined TechDev Holdings on May 12, 2008. Prior to joining TechDev Holdings, he had served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation since 1997. Mr. Sheafe’s focus at the Federal Bureau of Investigation was criminal and national security cyber investigations. Most recently he was the FBI Liaison to the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Mr. Sheafe is a 1990 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and served as an officer in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Sheafe was a Captain at the time of his departure from the U.S. Air Force.William Stelt
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stelt joined Firepond in November 2005 as a consultant and later in April 2006 as an employee to support the company’s finance and accounting department. Prior to joining Firepond, Mr. Stelt held positions from controller to vice president of finance in private and public companies. His previous responsibilities have covered all aspects of accounting to include SEC reporting, procuring financing, human resources, insurance risk management, information technology and general and administrative responsibilities. Previously while serving as treasurer for Western Gas Resources, a NYSE listed oil and gas company, Mr. Stelt participated in two initial public offerings. During his tenure at Western Gas, the company went from annual revenues of less than $10 million to annual revenues of over $1 billion. Mr. Stelt has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University at Northridge. He is a former certified public accountant and was previously employed by one of the member firms of one of the “Big 4” accounting firms.Craig Christiansen
Vice President of Technology and Implementation
Craig Christiansen joined Firepond in 1986, just a few years after the company was founded. Mr. Christiansen began as a programmer and progressed into leadership and management positions. He has acquired broad industry expertise having worked on projects for numerous clients in heavy trucks, health insurance, telecommunications, and financial/credit. Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Technology and Implementation in May 2008, Mr. Christiansen managed the entire Firepond development group and helped guide Firepond's efforts as the company transitioned from an on-premise software application company to a SaaS provider. Mr. Christiansen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State Univeristy in Mankato.Stephen Peary
Vice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining Firepond, Mr. Peary had been consulting with the company regarding restructuring operations, finance, audit and insurance matters since October 2004. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer on April 28, 2005 and appointed Vice President and General Counsel on May 1, 2008. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Peary was Managing Director of Stinson Capital Management, Ltd., a Bermuda corporation, and its affiliates managing investment portfolios and financing marine and energy related assets. While at Stinson Capital, Mr. Peary served as Chief Financial Officer of Zona, Inc., an online game software company that was ultimately sold to the largest online game company in China, Shanda Networks. From 1997 to 2001 he was Managing Director of Liverpool & London Protection and Indemnity Association, a mutual manager of marine assets and liability risks located in Liverpool, England. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Peary was Senior Vice President at PLM International, Inc. (AMEX:PLM), manager of diversified investment portfolios focused on transportation related equipment. At PLM, Mr. Peary oversaw the registration of four public entities (including PLM itself) and had reporting responsibility for 15 registered entities. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BA, Economics), Georgetown University Law School (J.D.) and Boston University (LLM – Taxation).James Scheper
Vice President of Sales
James Scheper brings over 20 years experience working for high technology companies and a track record of putting successful sales teams in place resulting in rapid revenue growth. He joined Firepond in 2004 to help lead a successful transition from the company’s legacy enterprise software market to the current SaaS based on-demand delivery business model. He has led the business and sales planning process, product development, and strategic customer acquisitions to assist Firepond to become a leading partner of salesforce.com. Today the customer base represents large well known global corporations as well as mid-market companies that depend on the Firepond application. Prior to joining Firepond, Mr. Scheper successfully managed sales teams and sales plans for large software developers such as BroadVision Inc, Egain, and Vignette Inc. In each of these companies, Mr. Scheper was a key contributor to the sales strategy as well as attaining revenue goals. Additional positions in the technology marketplace include sales executive to the vice president of sales, marketing, and business development positions. Mr. Scheper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wright State University. He has also attended Harvard Business School Management Retreats and Seminars.
